No end of call report if call transferred?

I noticed if I transfer a call I am not getting the end-of-call-report on my API endpoint, is this normal?

@AiTitus :) Yes, it is normal not to receive an end-of-call-report on your API endpoint if the call has been transferred. The end-of-call-report is typically sent when a call ends without being transferred. If the call is transferred to another number, the report would be sent to the endpoint associated with the final leg of the call, after that call has ended. If you're expecting to receive reports for transferred calls as well, please check your VAPI settings or contact support for more information on how to configure this.

@Shubham Bajaj is that correct? If call transferred it wont send an end-of-call-report? What is the best way to handle a call transfer to send to my server to know a call has ended or been transferred? Thanks!!

can you share the call id for not getting end of call report, and you can use status update event.
