Yes, it is normal not to receive an end-of-call-report on your API endpoint if the call has been transferred. The end-of-call-report is typically sent when a call ends without being transferred. If the call is transferred to another number, the report would be sent to the endpoint associated with the final leg of the call, after that call has ended. If you're expecting to receive reports for transferred calls as well, please check your VAPI settings or contact support for more information on how to configure this.
