The agent has to confirm the number provided by the caller. when it reads the number back it is not accurate and has extra numbers (see image). It looks like the transcriber sends the correct number of digits, by the AI adds digits. How can I solve this? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1288975935323902022/1288975935462178937/image.png?ex=66f723e3&is=66f5d263&hm=bafc0841acd4482af78af4497ee2f6157263de9b9ac935b4e795828f8fc80630&

@BrightMan It sounds like there might be an issue with the voice recognition or processing system that's causing it to add extra digits when reading back numbers. To solve this, you may need to check the following: 1. **Voice Recognition Accuracy**: Ensure that the voice recognition system is accurately capturing the spoken numbers without any background noise or interference. 2. **Processing Logic**: Review the logic that handles the conversion from speech to text to ensure it's not adding extra digits. 3. **AI Model Training**: If the AI model is trained to read back numbers, it might need retraining or fine-tuning to improve accuracy. 4. **Software Updates**: Check if there are any updates or patches for the voice API that address this issue. 5. **Contact Support**: If the issue persists and you're unable to identify the cause, it might be best to contact the support team for the Voice API for further assistance. If you have access to the system logs or the ability to modify the AI's behavior, start by reviewing the recent changes or updates that might have affected the number reading functionality. If you're a user experiencing this issue with a third-party API, reaching out to their support team with detailed information about the problem would be the next step. Please let me know if you need further assistance or if there's anything specific you would like me to do to help you resolve this issue.

@BrightMan I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still unresolved. To better assist you, could you please provide more specific details about the system you're using? For example, are you using a particular Voice API that's adding extra digits, or is this happening within a custom application you've developed? If you can provide more context or error logs, I can give you more targeted advice. If this is an issue with a third-party Voice API, reaching out to their technical support team with detailed information about the problem would be the recommended course of action. If there's anything else I can do to help you troubleshoot this issue, please let me know.
