Having the same issue here - seems it's even more limited on outbound calls, to three concurrent calls. I'm creating a dedicated org for each [potential] client. We are building similar products - although I'm in Belgium (sent you a friend request, happy to chat). For example, waiting lists are made by clinics which my AI calls when any cancellation frees a slot.
