yes kidn of! thanks @Dan @SANAVA for taking the time to answer my question. Use case scnerario: The caller A calls in and he is re-routed to phone number of depeartment X. Then the same caller A calls in and I want that caller to go directly to the Department X without having to talk to the assistant.
