MY client wanted to have their calls forwarded originally, but the volume got too crazy for them to handle. So they want it removed.
However, everytime I try to backspace out the number in anyway, it either;
1. Fills it back in with the clients number after a certain amount of characters are deleted.
2. If i do get the whole number string deleted, after I publish, my clients number pops right back in.
Frustrating but I believe it could be a simple fix on the backend from a support engineer. Probably my assistant's interface just bugging out.
