Quick question … I experience several times now while I’m testing the agent that in the middle of the conversation for no reason, the agent changes the script or whatever and it’s just saying “thank you for contacting us bye” Even though the script is for German language, so I would like to know how this can happen. I never experienced that before since yesterday this is happening a few times.
