How can I instruct an assistant to repeat a user input by spelling it letter for letter? When I specify this in the prompt, the output is just weird.
v
@tom To have your assistant repeat a user input by spelling it out letter by letter, you'll want to ensure that the prompt you provide to the assistant is clear and specifies the exact behavior you're looking for. Here's an example of how you might instruct your assistant: "Please spell out the following input letter by letter: [user input]." Replace
[user input]
with the actual text you want the assistant to spell out. If you're still encountering issues with the output, it might be helpful to check the assistant's configuration to ensure it's set up to handle such requests correctly. If you need assistance with the configuration, please let me know what specific issues you're facing, and I'll do my best to guide you through the process.

try incorportaing this: "Repeat user input by spelling it letter for letter."

I tried that. Also different forms of it, like instructing the LLM to use '--' between letters to make it slow and understandable. But: 1) It just blasts through the whole email so you don't understand it 2) It captures the email wrong in the first place. I can't seem to get email capturing via voice right.

yeah email is hard to capture via voice.
to capture user phone number and email try asking user to spell it by character and confirm it back each digit/character.
