We are pretty new to the platform so downtime definitely hurts given we just started offering service to clients and its down for an extended period of time today. Hopefully this is just a blip and not something that will continue on. Was this a planned db migration/issue or was this something that happened and the team worked to resolve it as quickly as possible? Will you do advanced monitoring on this moving forward to prevent such a re-occurrence if it is the latter?
