Hi All, I've been building on different voice providers including vapi and have run into a couple of problems: 1. *Lack of Trust for AI *- My clients don't fully trust the AI-agent unless they have multiple stakeholders manually test the phone call 2. Manual testing takes forever - Internal testing is usually pretty manual here with the AI-agent calling my personal phone multiple times 3. *Technical difficulties in live phone calls *- Solutions don't factor in technical issues with a phone call (background noise, muffled speech, signal dropouts, customer chewing on food, etc...). There's no way to stress test these each cases 4. Agent ability isn't tested on real and nuanced customer conversations - Testing doesn't consider the end user / customer background (persona, psycho, demo, psychology, emotions) to support the AI-agent's ability to adjust it's approach in real-time 5. Too many use/edge cases to test - There are potentially a million different scenarios not just in the use case an agent is suppose to provide an answer, but also how function calls / integrations are working (data going to the right place, in the right format, etc...) 6.* No formal / credible way of showing your testing efforts* - No easy way to share insights, findings, and formal report on testing and the proficiency of your AI-agent. I'm working on a QA Simulation environment that allows you to bring your own AI-voice agent and generate real-life test examples (phone quality, customer, scenarios) that spits back out an analysis on performance, provide recommendations / fixes to your agent promots, and 1-click deploy those changes to improve the quality of your agent. Would anyone be interested in chatting and I can walk through a demo?
