Help with Voice Agent Quality Issues

I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently working on an AI voice agent that generally performs quite well, but I've noticed some issues with the clarity of its voice output. At times, the voice becomes distorted and hard to understand, which unfortunately affects the overall quality of the conversation and gives off an impression of low quality.
I would love to hear your thoughts on why this might be happening and if you have any suggestions or solutions to improve the voice clarity. Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

During these two periods, the voice ai's sound has been blurred, it sounds like an old Chinese speaking, it really degrades the quality of the text, I don't know if it's a problem with the prompt or if I should change the model.
