We configured this AI Bot to say thank you for calling "ABC Roofing" and when the bot don't understand what's said something else happens where it just shuts down the call and say "Thank you for calling Mary's Dental". Why is that?

There's no mention of "Dental" in the script. The end call message was already setup and less than 25 characters.
