I had bought a Twilio number through the Vapi dashboard that I used for less than one month and then cancelled it before the renewal date in September. Even though I cancelled the number, I was still billed for it and the billing dashboard says that I will be billed again October 24. I am also prohibited from removing my payment method with message saying I have an active plan, which I don't. Please help me cancel this subscription from the billing system (I have already removed the number from my dashboard in all places it is referred to). I would also like to get a refund for the last payment, since I cancelled it multiple days before the renewal date.
