Hey, I'm trying to build an outbound call agent to call individuals, verify information, and then live transfer them to another number to connect to a human. I am triggering the call via HTTP post to include info from a CRM. I get the call to connect, but I can't figure out how to make the agent complete the live transfer. -- please help!
