Why is VAPI so inconsistent? One day everything works, the next it all falls apart 🤷‍♂️ I built a pretty simple customer service assistant for a client nearly 3 months ago but because VAPI breaks all the time, can't get the project over the line and finalised. pretty disappointed have to say. Doesn't help having support tickets marked as 'solved' and closed without actually getting any support, shocking!
