I've purchased a phone number from Vapi (so not a Twilio issue), and I'm not over my monthly limit, but now am getting Over Billing Limit error when I call my assistant. @Vapi I don't see an error. I just hear "Over billing limit" when I call my number. Would "Switch to credit based billing" resolve this issue? It's critical to get this working again.

I'm not over my limit per my screenshot--not even near it. And it says that switching to credit based billing is permanent--so not a temporary solution.

@liseyloo you can either switch to credits based billing or increase your billing limit to not catch this error.
Currently we are working on fixing all possible billing issues, and unluckly it's not working for you.

Thanks--I did switch to credits based billing. Was just hesitant at first since it said it was irreversable and didn't really completely understand it.
