I'm not saying that I'm correct, but how do yo not follow that logic? You're looking for rules regarding businesses telemarketing or contacting other businesses in an act specifically constructed for businesses' telemarketing/contacting consumers. Like, why would I consult a rule book made for how businesses are allowed to contact consumers to figure out how businesses are allowed to contact other businesses?
