I read it. I fail to see how it leaving that out about residential phone numbers (etc) equates to it being not allowed though. Also, businesses DO have business lines with business contracts from cell carriers, and when that number is listed somewhere like a Chamber of Commerce website, then it's more than obvious that it's a business line. Z That link you just said claims that it applies to businesses calling businesses, but where does it say that from an official source involved in legislation? It also says it applies when calling a residential line, not a business line. I mean, it's literally called the Telephone CONSUMER Protection Act, so it's an act to protect consumers, not businesses/business owners. There is a difference between a business cell and a personal cell, I guess the problem is discerning whether or not you're calling an ACTUAL business line, as allegedly that onus is on the caller.
