I’m testing SIP capabilities of Vapi. Is it right that you support only transfers from sip to sip but not phone to sip?

@Viktor VAPI does support SIP capabilities, including both SIP origination and SIP REFER for transferring calls. You can use the

sipUri

attribute within the

forwardingPhoneNumbers

array to specify the destination SIP address when calls originate from SIP. Additionally, VAPI can handle transferring calls from a phone to a SIP address as well. If you need assistance with setting up your calls or transfers, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help!

When we trying to transfer from twillio number(that is assigned to vapi) to sip number(created on vapi) we get this issue https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors/13801

@Viktor here are the logs for the first call and it's visible call was transfered. 🔵 12:58:11:525 Transferring Twilio Call...TwiML:sip:dmitry.till@sip..org 🔵 12:58:11:695 Live Call Manager Ending...(assistant-forwarded-call) Same is for second call as well.
