@Shubham Bajaj one thing you may want to add is to respond with service down on this endpoint (https://api.vapi.ai/twilio/inbound_call) or something when VAPI's dependencies are not working this way any fallbacks (twilio fallback urls) will kick in, in todays case it was a silent fail which madeit seem like VAPI was up when in fact it was down in some ways by vendor issues. Make sense?
