Call doesn't hang up

Hi we are using VAPI and facing issues at the end of call. Once all actions such as checking availability and booking a meeting are over, call should be hung up from VAPI side but its not happening. It keeps saying thank you and summarizing call until customer ends a call. Ive "endCallFunctionEnabled" set to true and also have message for ending call. Plus added prompt to hang the call multiple times in prompt. But no success.
