We had squads partially working last week where it was seamlessly transferring from our orchestrator to another assistant and then if the caller had another query for another assistant, it was able to go back into orchestator, classify that and transfer to the right agent. However, at the time, there was one issue where it would SOMETIMES do transferCall when a certain assistant was triggered the first time.
Now it still has that issue sometimes, but also in the last few hours, when the assistant comes back that second time into orchestrator, it ALSO is consistently doing transferCall. We haven't made any changes since the time it was working.

We've tried testing to see if it was a web issue, but tested on phone and also not working. We also tried adding in an additional prompt to get the orchestrator (second time) to read out the classification before tranferring, but it's not listening and going straight to transferCall.
