SIP call not going through

I have a added a phone number via SIP trunk. But when I place the call, it says 'Sip gateway failed to connect call'. This is the call_id - 9cc8b04a-ad82-4e81-bdbe-267a84ae091c. Could you please help me debug it furthur?

@gladiator you have to check with your telephony provider for this call id, why it didn't connected. Because we tried connecting but it failed from their end.

@Shubham Bajaj I have modified the gateway ip. The call is now connecting but always landing into an IVR. I checked with the provider and they are saying it's working fine at their end and asking us to check if it was configured correctly. Could you please help us debugging it? call_id - e2463775-4a3b-4443-8c0d-ddf7a3da95d8.
Also, they are asking for the name of the PBX - will you be able to provide that?

@Shubham Bajaj : We are using a Spain number through SIP trunking in VAPI to initiate calls. However, we are encountering a "SIP Trunking Failed" error specifically for Spain numbers. For US numbers, the configuration is working seamlessly without any issues. Could you please provide support on this matter? We have applied the same configurations for both regions.

Okay @Shubham Bajaj please ping me once you are available because the same thing is happening for US numbers as well now, We have almost 10+ numbers but few numbers are returning the trunking error.
