Not sure exactly. A prospect had a general inquiry. I was just wanting to see what was out there (outside of Vapi). Google search hadn’t returned much. Doesn’t seem like there’s much out there for user interactions, user journey, etc. wasn’t sure if Google Analytics would be something you could implement in a chatbot…
