Line Constantly Busy...

I recently bought a telephone number and I am currently trying to link the number to VAPI & n8n to create a dynamic AI Voice Agent. I know I have everything set correctly at my end, and the number is linked into VAPI using the Twilio Account SID & Twilio Auth Tokens. However when I call the phone number from a mobile phone, rather than getting the "Could not get assistant." response I am expecting. I just keep getting a busy dial tone. It is constantly busy! I have gone through all my settings again but can't figure out why the line is constantly busy! Can anyone help me with this? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1304740367630995499/1304740368151085097/IMG_3A81B7CFFF3A-1.jpeg?ex=67307da8&is=672f2c28&hm=4dc61efa2bbe4bd6bd4a6383197365ba088edd1d730574893be08302bda727aa&

@zu I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your phone number. It sounds like you've done a thorough check on your end. The busy dial tone could indicate a problem with the number provisioning or a configuration issue on the Twilio side that's preventing the call from being routed correctly to your VAPI setup. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue: 1. **Twilio Console Check**: Log in to your Twilio console and ensure that the phone number is active and correctly configured to point to your VAPI webhook URL. 2. **Webhook Configuration**: Verify that the webhook URL configured in Twilio for incoming calls is correct and that the server hosting the webhook is up and running. 3. **Logs Review**: Check the Twilio logs for any errors or messages that could provide insight into why the call is not being connected. 4. **Network Issues**: Ensure there are no network issues on your side that could be causing the busy signal, such as firewall settings or server downtime. 5. **Twilio Support**: If everything seems to be configured correctly, it might be helpful to reach out to Twilio support for assistance. They can provide more detailed insights into what might be going wrong. If you've already checked these and are still facing the issue, please provide any error codes or messages you're seeing in your logs, and I'll do my best to assist you further. If you need more detailed support, you may need to contact VAPI or Twilio support directly for assistance.
