Hey there support team, this is now my 4th ticket on this issue after implementing your solutions.
My assistant is still looping out the wazoo on the same steps as before; email and phone # collection, and now even on simple informative steps.
It is looping itself so bad, it throws itself off the flow, and does not perform the tools as it should be then as well.
This is a big issue I am facing, and yet neither me or your support team can figure out what is going on through these tickets.
Can I please schedule a 1-on-1 call with someone to figure out not only why this is happening, but possible further solutions as well?
I know, you guys get a lot of tickets and I understand, but since we could not solve it through my first 4 support tries on here, I just want to be able to talk more in depth on this and go through it with one of the solution engineers!
