I'm currently building an outbound call bot, I have almost everything I need to buy a phone number, I can't buy a phone number that can do Voice mode from Twillion, and I can't find this option on Vonage. Since I live in Hungary I need a Hungarian phone number that I can use to receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls, how can I do this, where can I buy a Hungarian phone number that I can use to make outgoing calls?

Hey @MrMáté you can purchase numbers from Twilio directly and import to Vapi which only twilio allows. Now when comes to importing number if you read the outbound guide you can get to know on how to import any number to Vapi directly instead of twilio.

I read it yes, but it was a bit complicated for me unfortunately, can I buy a phone number from another operator and insert it into vapi based on the guide?

@Matthewgentiluomo yes you can do, just check with twilio team if require something config or settings to be enabled.

Go to Vapi dashboard, after that go to phone numbers page and then look for sip uri created. Here SIP Uri is your phone number created copy it's phone number id and share with me.

I also have a problem receiving calls on the assistant... with sip uri forwarding from customer's voip provider...anyone can help me ?
