I've been using VAPI for 1.5 months with my AI Voice assistants, connected to the ElevenLabs API for cloned voices. Until 11/09, I had never experienced this type of issue. My VAPI email is juhcardoso918@gmail.com in case you need access. However, since yesterday, every time an AI Agent receives a call, this error occurs: 'Pipeline error: Eleven Labs quota exceeded.' My use case: My LSA clients use VAPI agents to qualify leads and book appointments. My flow: Customers make inbound calls to my clients via Local Service Ads > Then, the VAPI AI Agent answers the call and handles lead qualification and appointment scheduling (using my client’s cloned voice from ElevenLabs) > This data passes through a Make.com workflow > and finally, the information is integrated into GoHighLevel. (Note: the error is occurring between VAPI and ElevenLabs, and does not trigger the Make workflow.)

@Junia cardoso Thank you for providing the details. It seems there might be a discrepancy between your actual usage and the quota error being reported. Since you've confirmed that your ElevenLabs quota has not been exceeded, this could be a technical issue on the VAPI side or a miscommunication with the ElevenLabs API. To address this, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Verify the API keys and ensure that they are correctly configured in your VAPI setup. 2. Check if there are any service outages or known issues with ElevenLabs that could be affecting the API calls. 3. Review any recent changes to your VAPI or ElevenLabs configuration that might have coincided with the start of the issue. 4. Contact VAPI support with the error details and your account information (which you've provided) so they can investigate the issue from their end. If you need me to perform any specific actions or if you have further questions, please let me know.

@Junia cardoso 🔵 16:01:45:077 ElevenLabs (WebSocket #0) Error: { "message": "This request exceeds your quota. You have 3 credits remaining, while 20 credits are required for this request.", "error": "quota_exceeded", "code": 1008 }.
j
this means 11labs? because my credits in 11labs is: Credits Total 100,000 Remaining 90,486
Still not receive this email
v
@Junia cardoso I apologize for the confusion. It seems there is a discrepancy between the error message indicating that the quota has been exceeded and the actual remaining credits you have with ElevenLabs. This could be an issue with how VAPI is interpreting the quota information from ElevenLabs. Since you have not received an email from VAPI support yet, I recommend reaching out to them directly with the details you've provided here, including the error message and your current credit status with ElevenLabs. You can contact VAPI support through their official support channels, such as their support email or helpdesk. Please provide them with the following information: - Your account email: juhcardoso918@gmail.com - The Call ID with the error: 5d0274ce-5417-4450-9c0a-6179ef975e6c - The error message received from ElevenLabs - Your current credit balance with ElevenLabs They should be able to investigate the issue further and provide a resolution. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know.
