There has been a serious issue with billing – I’ve been overcharged by hundreds of dollars for calls that shouldn’t have occurred, and the credits were not delivered. @User, could someone please help us with this?

Hey @Luke can you share org Id and share the billing period for whcih your charge uncessarily and amount for which credits are not added?
