I cannot load new calls without browser refreshing (F5)

Only error in the browser console is

there's nothing to see. New calls just don't appear on their own and if a call is updated, that also doesn't show

That's not possible, if you can share the asked details it will be super helpful to assist you else I am sorry cannot offer much help here.
