My advise is to create a custom ip/pbx and provide your customer with extensions, after the incoming or outgoing call is handled by the vapi assistant, you can transfer the call to your customers, you can create trunks between your ip/pbx and your customers phone line providers, if your cutomer already have an ip/pbx is easier, this way you customers pay directly to their provider and you only provide the vapi assitants calls
