, and because destination was not found so daily tried to transfer to the phone number which cannot be done eventually call ended. Add the assistant to your squad and then it will work.

Thanks @Shubham Bajaj , the problem is that it shouldn't have done that. This is happening mid conversation. What is causing it? I don't have the setting enabled for the bot to end the call.

- The bot ended the call because it tried to transfer web call to a phone number, which is fundamentally and technically incorrect. - To fix this either use the correct destination in your squad. - The problem is happening mid conversation because your transferring to wrong destination.
