We have deployed over web the inbound call agent that we have created and it is currently disconnecting calls mid way without notice. someone tried calling multiple times but the call got disconnected. some due to pipeline error others without any specific cause identified. can you please check? here are the call IDs - fed9f501-9bd3-47ec-b110-d865a8954e94 9a8526a0-72ba-47ff-8255-be9713db45ac

Hey @Sutithi your ticket was marked looking so I couldn't get the notification now I am looking into it.
@Sutithi please allow me some more time to diagnose it, as of now I am not sure because as you have mentioned calls are being dropped mid-way but call ended reason says customer-ended-the-call.

Yes, That is correct. We are unable to analyse the reson but multiple calls are getting dropped or disconnected within 2-3 minutes

Jeu @Sutithi we had an issue related to the workers, and because of it the calls were failing. I am really sorry for it, if you don't mind can you please try again now.
