My phone provider doesn’t support number porting, but is there a way to use the VAPI audio output as a microphone for client calls, with the input being the call output? This could save me a lot of money since getting a Twilio number in my country is quite expensive.

@imbylo Absolutely, you can use VAPI to handle the audio output as a microphone for client calls. The input would indeed be the call output, which means that you can process the audio from the call and use VAPI to send the processed audio back into the call as if it were coming from a microphone. To set this up, you would typically use a combination of VAPI's voice capabilities to receive the call audio, process it as needed, and then send it back into the call. This can be done programmatically using VAPI's APIs. If you need detailed instructions on how to implement this or if you encounter any issues while setting it up, please don't hesitate to reach out to support for more specific guidance.
