The nice part about VAPI is that you have all the other features like logging, recordings, etc. already built in. The negative is if new, better transcribers, or tech comes out there is a lag time in implementation and many times some tools are not added. The nice part about realtime is the latency is instant and the negative is you will have to build out all the logging, handling of recording, tracking billing etc. So it depends on what your trying to accomplish @DonMartincito
