Hello, I'd like to set up a vapi assistant that answers a phone number only if I don't pick it up myself. This makes me ask 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to somehow link a classic phone number, not purchased on Twilio, to vapi for inbound calls? 2) Is it possible to activate vapi on this number for inbound calls only if I don't pick up a call myself?
