It’s more about learning from the experiences of the past few months and, of course, meeting my own deadlines and I’ve almost lost a very important client. When you’re working with someone who promises to complete things within a certain timeframe but then doesn’t stick to those timelines at all and claims to be highly experienced, only for you to realize that’s not the case, you just want to set clear boundaries from the start to avoid such mistakes or situations. It’s not about being unfriendly but about creating a harmonious and suitable collaboration that’s fair for everyone involved.
