Vapi Not Fully Reading The PDF I uploaded

I have an event assistant in vapi that is supposed to talk about the events in the pdf. Even though I have events listed on Saturday and Sunday the AI is saying there are no events.

I event data is being inputted into vapi though the file section and selected as a knowledgebase item in the assistant creation area.
I did no notice any debugging information

Hey @Emerson I have checked with the team, as of know KB is not working because we are in phase of migrating to other KB providers in this week. I am really sorry for the inconvenience, for alternatives you can use custom tools which makes api calls to external KB.
Do let me know if you require further help or has more questions.

Can you give me a video that shows me how to use custom tool to make an api call to a Google Sheet. Also, when will the migration be complete and the KB be active again?
