@Francisco (Data Science London) Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your quota on Eleven Labs. It sounds like there might be a discrepancy between the actual usage and the reported quota. To help resolve this, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Double-check your usage statistics in your Eleven Labs dashboard to ensure that there hasn't been any unexpected usage that might have caused the quota to be exceeded. 2. If the dashboard confirms that you are indeed below your quota, it's possible that there is a synchronization issue or a bug on the Eleven Labs side. In the meantime, I can assist you by checking if there's any additional information or a quick fix available. Could you please provide me with your account details or the API key (please ensure not to share any sensitive information publicly)? If you prefer to handle this directly with Eleven Labs support, you can reach out to them with the details of the error and your account usage for further assistance. If there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

Hey @Francisco (Data Science London) we won't get to know right before the call if your key has enough credentials because we have 15seconds of time to setup the call and from it half is given to setup the assistant. So, it's not possible for us the check keys credentials programmatically before the call and then droppping it out that's why its done over the call.
Do let me know if you have any more questions.

ok but if I re-add the API key, that should be checked as well right? Even though, the difference is huge, between my available credits on 11labs and what Vapi is getting. I can't see how that 15sec window can affect this process. Can you rephrase that process please? Because even if I increase my sub on 11Labs, that will not solve this issue long term with VAPI. Thanks a lot!

> ok but if I re-add the API key, that should be checked as well right? Yes it will be checked at runtime during the call. > Even though, the difference is huge, between my available credits on 11labs and what Vapi is getting. Can you share the most recent call id where your seeing this issue again, because this type of errors are thrown to use by the service providers. > I can't see how that 15sec window can affect this process. Can you rephrase that process please? Because even if I increase my sub on 11Labs, that will not solve this issue long term with VAPI. Thanks a lot! The telephony providers gives us 15 seconds of time to setup the call, out of which we give user 7.5 seconds of time for providing the assistant now in the time left we have to setup call on our end. Now checking if user provided credentials has credits for the call or not isn't feasible I believe.
@Francisco (Data Science London) can you share the most recent call id for which your facing this issue again.
