Has anyone gotten transferCall to consistently work? I can get it to work 90% of the time but then there are these periods where it will Silence timeout for a twenty minutes or more, then go back to working. No change on my end. I see it happen once or twice a day and can't find pattern (no difference in the person's request, no prompt change, etc..) Has anyone had a similar issue and, if so, have you found a way around it?
