You need to setup a function call ideally to make.com which then has a scenario that sends a slack message to person asking if available. Then has a sleep timer that waits x amount of seconds, checks to see their reply, and based on their reply sends a response to Vapi saying yes or no so Vapi can handle from there. Client will have to sit in silence until the person responds on slack and the timer is done in make.com
