@MaximusXXII Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your calls. It sounds like you've been successfully using the VAPI for outbound calling and something has recently changed. To assist you better, I'll need to check a few things: 1. Can you confirm if there have been any recent changes to your Make (formerly Integromat) scenario or VAPI settings? 2. Have you checked if there's an issue with your phone number or account status on the platform you're using for making calls? 3. Is there any error message or code that you're receiving when the calls fail to connect? Once I have more information, I'll be able to help you troubleshoot the issue more effectively. If this is an urgent matter, please ensure that you have granted the necessary permissions and that your call provider service is operational. If everything seems fine on your end, it might be a temporary issue with the call provider or a problem with the Twilio service if that's what you're using. Please provide any additional details you can.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@MaximusXXII Thank you for providing additional details. Since you've confirmed that there are no errors in Make, your account status is fine, and you have sufficient funds, it seems the issue might be on the VAPI side or with the phone call provider. Given the information you've provided, here are a few steps we can take to troubleshoot the problem: 1. Check if there are any service disruptions or maintenance updates from the VAPI provider that might be affecting the call functionality. 2. Review any recent changes to your VAPI configuration or account that might have inadvertently affected your ability to make calls. 3. Verify that the phone number ID you provided is correctly configured in your VAPI settings and that it has not been blocked or restricted. 4. Ensure that you are not exceeding the maximum number of concurrent calls allowed by your plan, as this could prevent new calls from being placed. If after checking these steps the issue persists, it may be necessary to look into the specific error messages or logs from the VAPI system to identify the root cause. If you have access to any error logs or messages from the failed call attempts, please share them so we can investigate further. If you're unable to resolve the issue with these steps, please ask support for more info on this, as they may need to look into your account specifics or system logs to diagnose the problem.

Yes how do I get support?
v
@MaximusXXII To get support for your VAPI issue, you can follow these steps: 1. Visit the official support website or portal for the VAPI service you are using. 2. Look for a 'Contact Support' or 'Help Center' section. 3. You may be able to submit a support ticket, start a live chat, or find an email address to contact the support team directly. 4. When contacting support, provide them with your phone number ID, a detailed description of the issue, any steps you've already taken to troubleshoot, and any error messages you've encountered. If you'd like, I can assist you in closing this ticket once your issue is resolved. Would you like me to initiate the process to close this ticket, or is there anything else I can help you with at this moment?

s
Hey @MaximusXXII To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help me figure out what went wrong!
Hey @jeanpardail0636 please create a new support ticket for your issue.

Thank you for your help @Shubham Bajaj to be direct this is new for me but i used this youtube video to set up my outbound dialer

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WS4QJF9Bn7Uā–¾

the caller ID is 4ba5a1ea-6196-4ece-b1c1-d5bc6419ce82 my expectation is to make outbound calls. I am using Make.com and Vapi and the calls were being made fine up until this past Monday and now Make.com is sending the information to the API but no response from VAPI I am not getting an error on Make.com and i am new so I don't see any errors on Vapi. I will take whatever steps I need to take to figure out a error code for you.
s
@MaximusXXII your only allowed to make maxium 10 outbound calls a day and to make more calls than 10 you have to purchase number from twilio. If you want I can do the refund for number purchasef from Vapi.

@Shubham Bajaj did this change recently because I have been sending over that number for about 1 week until it stopped?
s
Yeah it's been more than 3 weeks this change has been imposed on us by twilio.
m
@Shubham Bajaj ok. Thanks for your help. I will close the ticket. Any suggestions of other alternatives since twillo i am sure will impose the same limit to me?
s
No for sure Twilio will allow you to make more outbound calls a day, it's imposed on Vapi because of it's user base.
m
Ok. Makes sense@Shubham Bajaj
