Hey @sagar - Do we have office hours today? We have a few issues which we need to check out 1. The model takes a long time to call our tools/ apis. Then on retry it does not call the tool at all. 2. The webhook call for call summary does not have customer key in it, so our call summary fails & we are unable to send it to downstream systems.
