The Vapi assistant gets disconnected automatically during the calls. This has happened a few times. Any reason or a way to solve this?
Will using a custom LLM in Vapi get rid of this issue?

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share:
- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
This would really help me figure out what went wrong!

The issue has happened with a few calls recently. There is automatic hangup of the call from the Vapi agent. It is not about the expected response. If the Vapi agent hangs-up midway through the call then there of course would be no response from the agent.
Here is the call ID of one of the calls - a34f7277-1ae8-45b1-a7d5-b308f0d59bae

@Test0202 can you try the call one more time without the KB because our KB provider has stopped their oeprations and we are migration to new KB providers which will be done by end of this week. So, please do let me know once your done trying it out.

Is the problem being caused because of the KB right now?
Because the Tool calling is also not functioning properly. The customer wanted to book an appointment, it took all the details and did not book the appointment.
This is the caller ID for the call where the function calling for booking the appointment did not work.

@Test0202 yes the problem was because of previous KB provider, and we have published new KB development to the PROD you can learn about it from here https://docs.vapi.ai/knowledgebase
