The assistant is hooked up to the twilio number. This is for inbound calls to the number, not outbound calls from the assistant. You call XXX and the assistant answers "thanks for calling, how can I help...". At that point, it should grab the customer's number from callerID and check our CRM. (This is working properly and returning the information, but I'd like it to happen right away every time)
