Yes, the initial assistant (let's call him manager) transfers but says a message such as "I'm transferring you to the spelling assistant fot this step". Then next assistants comes up and does his job... Ideally, as soon as the use would say I want to "take/delete/update an appointment" it should silently redirect to the assistant in charge of taking the name correctly. and so on.
