dont really get what you are trying to do but not sure why not putting everything in a database where you can easily run queries and filters & have a pdf file with a summary for each call inserted isnt the best solution long term How you are suppose to organize any of your data if they are just all dumped into slack. Sounds like a nightmare to me but thats just me
