Hi I am wondering if you can use SSML from the visual interface (11 labs). There does not seem to be the option to activate it.

@🚀 Christine Hello! SSML, or Speech Synthesis Markup Language, is a powerful tool for controlling how text is spoken by a text-to-speech engine. While I can provide support for VAPI, I don't have direct control over third-party interfaces like the one provided by 11 Labs. However, if 11 Labs' visual interface does not explicitly offer an option to activate SSML, you might need to check their documentation or support resources to see if they support SSML in any other way. It's possible that SSML can be used within their system through a different method, such as entering SSML tags directly into the text input fields if their system supports it. If you're unable to find the information you need, I would recommend reaching out to 11 Labs' support team for more detailed assistance on their specific platform capabilities.

@🚀 Christine to use SSML with 11labs you need to set the
enableSsmlParsing
set to true and use 11labs prompting guide in the prompt. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1311006085364318298/1311905366749085696/Screenshot_2024-11-29_at_9.31.40_AM.png?ex=674a8e95&is=67493d15&hm=2c4a9774c9f0c5cf2bf764028a5c029746e969236fb1d7cca1708592a8c87513&
