Vapi Knowledgebase Not Working?

Last week I was told by support "I have checked with the team, as of know KB is not working because we are in phase of migrating to other KB providers in this week. I am really sorry for the inconvenience, for alternatives you can use custom tools which makes api calls to external KB." I am trying to find out if the knowledgebase issue has been fixed yet?
