11/26/2024, 6:30 PMHello, I’m experiencing an issue with the tools. As soon as I initiate a call, it triggers and sends a request to Make. However, when it needs to trigger a tool, nothing happens. I have to explicitly ask it to trigger the tool. Do you have any ideas on where the issue might be coming from? Thank you.

11/26/2024, 6:48 PMThe call flow is designed with several triggers to manage appointments in Make. The triggers correctly capture the information, but the issue lies in when they are triggered (at the beginning of the call instead of at the desired moment).

- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
