I have to agree. I'm a huge fan of Vapi, but this is a step backwards. I'm hoping that this was just released early, before it was ready, rather than something they think is actually better. The 'Explore all voices' search box is either totally broken or very unintuitive (i.e.; I can't figure it out). For 11labs you can at least click Add and use the search function available there, which still works. @NBA ducky , try searching 'Dutch' from that search box, I see many results--it may be what you are looking for.
